Andrea Oliva from Cittaarchitettura is the architects behind this modern minimalist house plans ideas in Italy. The house is named as Sulla Morella House with rectangular shape of approximately 11 m wide, 34 m long and 6 m tall. This contemporary house design has two main elements: a concrete and plaster front porch (which is a favorite outdoor entertaining area by summer) followed by the home’s main body.


These ultra minimalist house features large windows that give a magnificent view from beautiful outdoor landscape protected by the depth of the porch during the summer. The windows of this minimalist house plans was created using wooden frames with laminated glazing to protect from cold winds during the winter. The house also features solar panels located the flat roof providing an electricity and a hot water to the inhabitant.
